As an US based business, we pride ourselves in having an easy to use, encrypted payment processing invoice system. When you get in contact with our charter expert, we will send you the payment details along with the Charter Agreement after finalizing your charter and other services. At that point, you will have to pay 50% of the total amount in order to lock in you the vessel of your choice. Then you are required to pay the remaining balance, 8 weeks prior to the date of embarkation.

Organizing your packing list for your yacht vacation is the first step to ensuring you have a wonderful time in Puerto Rico. Some of the most important items you must carry with you at all times are your passport and your legal travel documents.

Most nationalities, including Europeans and Americans, may visit Puerto Rico for up to 90 days without a visa. It is recommended to carry your valid passport, with at least six months of validity, return ticket, and other ID proof if necessary.

Our Charter Agreement contains information regarding cancellation and applicable fees in case of unforeseen situations. There is cancellation insurance which protects your money if you have to cancel your charter for any reason. You can ask our charter specialist about cancellation policies while booking your yacht.

Your yacht will be anchored at a specified harbour. It can be reached through car rental or a shuttle service from a nearby airport, your hotel, or any other location. We can make arrangements if you specify your requirements at the time of booking. If you don't want us to arrange shuttle service for you, then it is recommended to reach the designated location at the scheduled time.

At Yachts Puerto Rico Charters, we offer yacht charters for 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, one day, one week, or as long as you want. Rates of the charter, depend on the yacht you select, services you want, amount of guests on board, and the locations you want to cover in Puerto Rico.

We send a detailed questionnaire along with the Charter Agreement at the time of booking your long term charter. You are required to list your dietary needs, medical conditions or allergies (if any), preferences in beverages, and water sports you want to enjoy during your vacation.
